YOUNG ARTISTS SHOWCASE
The Red Raven Gallery has the honor of presenting talented young artists from the PT High School this May for The PortTownsend Artwave event. Our gallery walls will showcase several up and coming artists work and the proceeds of sales go directly to the student artists. This is a great way to show your support for these talented artists before they graduate! For a new artist a real gallery show is difficult to get into. We wanted to give them a chance to see what it will be like to be involved in the gallery and talk about their work.

Michelle is a senior at Port Townsend High school and is curating this show as part of her senior project before Graduation. Curating a show involves many things including, gathering the artists into a cohesive show, organizing photos, press releases, event listing, blogging and hanging the show.

We will also be having a fundraising raffle of work by the resident artists of Red Raven to support a scholarship fund for youth art programs in the schools.
The raffle tickets will be available before the night of the event at the gallery for a low,low price and there will be as many winners as we have prizes!!!
